EMH was established in September 2007 by Emma Hiom, a highly accomplished researcher celebrating ten years in international Life Sciences executive search.

Previously Head of Research at Euromedica, Emma was responsible for the execution of senior assignments, line management and training.

With nearly 200 assignments under her belt, Emma has a successful track record of providing top quality research for a diverse mix of clients, resulting in placements in the UK and internationally, across a broad range of disciplines.

Before a career in executive research, Emma worked as a Specialist Nurse, holding senior positions in the UK and abroad, most notably at the prestigious King Khaled Eye Hospital, Riyadh and at Moorfieldsl, London.

Passionate about her work and now two years into successfully running her own business, Emma's strong background in Healthcare and vast experience in specialist executive research enables her to provide a fast and highly effective service to her clients.
