In accordance with the search strategy, highly methodical and targeted research will be employed to identify likely Candidates and Sources within the target companies/ areas specified.

EMH will research and identify target companies and priority search areas if a target list has not already been supplied by the Client and/or if requested.

Likely Candidates will be approached and screened by telephone and the opportunity will be professionally presented and discussed.

Sources will be approached for advice and recommendations within the target companies and EMH will also network and source other key individuals as relevant.

Interested Candidates will be further qualified and developed and if suitable will be presented to the Client along with their resumes and supporting interview notes.

EMH will maintain close contact with the Client throughout with information documented and reported in a format and frequency agreed at the Briefing.

EMH will conduct the search in a strictly professional manner, respecting confidential issues relating to both the Client and the Candidates.
