In order to create and implement the most effective research strategy possible, EMH will expect the Client to provide the following:
Full information on the Client company.
Detailed job specification.
Detailed Candidate profile.
Potential target companies/ priority search areas.
Any companies or personnel off limits.
Any specific confidentiality issues.
Any known Sources or Prospects to be aware of/ approach.
Any internal or external Candidate issues.
Former attempts to fill the position and obstacles encountered.
Candidates contacted in any previous search who were unsuitable or declined.
The search strategy will be developed and the following agreed:
Expected outcome.
Expected timescales.
How progress is communicated and reported.
